RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, you may return your item for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or a refund.
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
We accept returns on items in new condition with the original boxes and proof of purchase like email with order confirmation, email with tracking information.
Any item that has been in the customer’s possession for less than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
WHAT YOU CAN NOT RETURN
Items which were worn and/or are no longer in new conditions.
Items which lack their original packaging and/or gift boxes.
Items which fail to meet customer specifications, like resizing.
Items which have been held by customers for more than thirty (30) days from the date the item was delivered.
items that have been replaced under warranty.
Items on sale can be exchanged only.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
In order to return an item, please contact our customer support first at email@example.com with an explanation of a reason why an item is being returned.
If you are requesting a product replacement under warranty, a photo of the product is required.
If you used paid shipping, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of MY HARMONY TREE.
We inspect all returned items within one (1) to three (3) business days after receive. Any item that is received in a condition that is not new or that does not include all of its original packaging and/or gift boxes, will be returned to the customer.
After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund or perform an exchange. Usually refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Refunds will be processed minus $4 restocking fee. If your refund are partial and you keep at least 1 item from your order, then the restocking fee will not be deducted.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return shipping instructions.
Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging and/or gift boxes.
